Joining your lesson

Check your lesson details and classroom availability.

Your booking shows the scheduled start and mentor details. Classroom live video is not connected yet, so joining an in-app call is not currently available.

What helps

  • Wired earphones rather than speakers — they stop the microphone hearing the piano twice
  • A stable connection, and a quiet room
  • A laptop if you will be reading a score

Classroom connection status

Live video and rejoining are not available yet.

Live classroom video is not connected yet, so in-app rejoining and automatic lesson recording are not currently available. For booking or technical issues, contact support from the help center.

If a technical failure on our side prevents the lesson entirely, that is one of the three refund grounds.

Lesson replay availability

Automatic lesson replays are not available yet.

Automatic lesson recording and replay processing are not connected yet. No in-app replay player or processing state is available for a completed lesson.

There is no delivered 90-day replay or expiry date to show at present. You can add your own recordings to your portfolio.
